For most items, you could use our prepaid return label included in your package to return the product; for items above $100, we would send you another prepaid return label with tracking information for the return.
Once we confirm your return, we will send out the correct product or flawless product to you. If your return is regarding the unsatisfaction about the quality or our jewelry, we would refund you the full amount of your order including the initial shipping fee.
