I'm not satisfied with your product quality, how long can I get refunded?

We would like to let you know that we check carefully each product before we send it to you, but we know that we are not perfect, and sometimes you have a higher expectation than what we are able to deliver.

For most items, you could use our prepaid return label included in your package to return the product; for items above $100, we would send you another prepaid return label with tracking information for the return.

Once we confirm your return, we will start the refund process. Within 7-20 days we would refund you the full amount of your order including the initial shipping fee.

If you request an urgent refund, we could also refund you the full amount the second day when you deposit the package to the carrier with our prepaid tracking label. Which means in that case, you'll be able to get your refund within 2-3 business days after the delivery of your product.

We would like to let you know that since the creation of the company in 2015, we've sold thousands of pieces, and have never received any refund request. With the growth of the company, the quality control might become a challenge, and we might receive refund request in the future. We are doing and will do our best to make our customers 100% satisfied.
